As a founding chair of the Manitoba Centennial Centre Corporation, Maitland B. Steinkopf had an interest in building and developing the arts community in Manitoba. Established in 1972, this fund provides scholarships for talented young Manitobans who require help in furthering their experience and training in specific projects in the arts. The fund also provides the opportunity for young Manitobans to attend performances at reduced rates to learn more about the performance and visual arts.
